Provides links to images of over 50 manuscripts containing the work of the poet and composer Guillaume Machaut (d. 1377). This site is the result of the Stanford University project Machaut in the Book: Representations of Authorship in Late Medieval Manuscripts, which aims to collect a digitized corpus from manuscript collections across Europe with a special focus on multi-author manuscripts, thus allowing researchers to explore the construction of Machaut as an author in the Middle Ages and beyond.
